Email support@llevo.uk — that reaches a person directly.

If you are testing through TestFlight, the Send Beta Feedback option there works too, and lets you attach a screenshot. Either route arrives in the same place.

What helps

Whatever you were doing when it went wrong, and what you expected instead. A screenshot is worth a lot. There is no need to write it up formally.

Your data

What Llevo stores, and how to delete all of it, is set out in the privacy note. You can erase your account and its contents from inside the app at any time, without asking anyone.
